The shaker style kitchen has plenty of worktop and cupboard space and includes a integrated microwave and fridge freezer and a gas cooker with four-burner hob, grill, oven and overhead extractor. The dining area has a freestanding dining table, fixed bench seating and two free-standing dining chairs.
The bedrooms are light and bright with ample storage and feature Aurora Duvalay mattresses. The master also benefits from an en-suite comprising WC and wash hand basin.
The family shower is modern and practical with a thermostatic shower.
10-month season (1st March – 5th January) and sold with a licence until 31st December 2040.
