This 2027 Beverley Walkergate is a fine example of cutting-edge holiday home design. The manufacturers say they’ve listened to customers, and the result is this competitively priced home that flows, is spacious in all right places, has freestanding furniture and is light and bright throughout.

You enter the Walkergate through the fully obscure glazed side door, directly into the hallway. This handy space has dark wood flooring, which, set against the white doors and skirtings, gives lovely clean lines. Using the space to great effect, there’s a unit consisting of coat hooks, a seat and storage under for shoes and whatnot!
By the way, throughout the Walkergate is a textured wall cladding in deep olive green. The curtains are all green/cream lightly checked and along with the dark wood floor and grey carpets the colour palette is really easy on the eye.

From the hall to your left, is a half-glazed door separating the hall and bedrooms from the open plan living area – a nice touch of privacy.
