On the North side of the park with easy parking, this lovely caravan will not have an ‘onsite resale value’ after the end of 2026 but you could still keep using on a year-by-year basis (our oldest onsite is from 1989 currently) hence the really cheap price. Even so, the caravan is in great condition and would really suit someone not wanting to spend a lot to get into the holiday caravan lifestyle (and suits all budgets):)

Galley kitchen with full size single cavity cooker with grill and four hobs; heating by 6 litre Morco water heater, gas fire. Shower room with thermostatic shower, basin and toilet.
Brookside has been owned by the same family since 1962. We are mid-point between Seaside Littlehampton & historic Arundel in Lyminster. The park extends over 8.25 acres with 120 caravans; play area including swings. Sorry no pets.
