A lovely model of caravan and popular too. One separate double bedded room and a separate twin bedded room plus shower room with basin, sink and toilet and a joined kitchen living area give plenty of space for up to four persons.
The shower skin has been replaced here where the previous one had got too old.
The upholstery is a bit ‘stringy’ but can either be re-upholstered (we can supply contacts) or just cover with throws.
On the South side of the park close to our far end car park and 2.25 acre recreational field this caravan really represents great value for anyone wanting to own a holiday home for the first (or second!) time.
Brookside has been owned by the same family since 1962 & is situated between historic Arundel & seaside Littlehampton. There is easy access to all the great places of interest on the South Coast & South Downs National Park.
Brookside extends over 8.25 acres & has a laundry, games room and large green open areas including a 2.25 acre field.
